Years of operational work and complex organised crime investigations developed methods for examining connections, chronologies and competing accounts.

Experience in developing cooperation, operational psychology and source assessment helps us understand motivation and test the credibility of human information.
Threats and preparation
Special Forces operational experience, including overseas missions and armed-conflict settings, contributes an assessment of an opposing party’s options and ways to reduce exposure.

These perspectives are brought to bear on the same material. They help assess relationships, uncertainties and risk rather than relying on a single source or method.
Shared assessment in complex environments
Investigative experience, HUMINT, Special Forces practice, DFIR and OPSEC bring different perspectives to the same situation. We combine them when assessing incomplete material, pressure and threats to people and organisations. The Academy develops these areas from the foundations through independent assessment and team collaboration.
The team also has instructor competence and the authorisations required to deliver firearms training. This complementary area of practical readiness focuses on safety, responsibility and conscious behaviour.
