Our experience includes complex, multi-strand organised crime cases involving people, relationships, financial movements and information flows over time. We apply that discipline to competing accounts, chronologies and roles in a business matter.

Years of operational work involve decisions based on incomplete information. The practice develops threat assessment, disciplined handling of information and the ability to distinguish consequential information from apparent urgency.

Experience includes developing cooperation with offenders and people in criminal environments. We assess motivation, access to knowledge and source reliability, and independently verify the information supplied. The reliability of a person and the credibility of a claim remain separate questions.

The team includes the experience of a Special Forces operator from overseas missions and armed-conflict settings. We apply preparation, threat assessment and consideration of an opposing party’s capabilities and likely actions to analytical work.
