ProSentinel is a specialist brand of PRO-INVEST AG. Questions about personal data can be raised using the contact form.
Data processed
When you use the form, it collects your name, reply email address, organisation if provided, topic and message. The website does not collect data for marketing or profiling.
Purpose and legal basis
The form is used to assess an enquiry and respond. Depending on the enquiry, the basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for steps taken at the individual’s request before a contract, or Article 6(1)(f) for the legitimate interest in corresponding about the matter.
Retention
Messages are retained as necessary to handle the matter, then deleted or retained where accounting obligations arise or as needed to address potential claims.
Recipients
The contact form uses the website’s hosting infrastructure, Netlify. Data is not sold or shared for commercial purposes. The site does not use profiling analytics or advertising tools.
Your rights
Data subjects may request access, correction, erasure or restriction, and may object where applicable. They may also complain to the President of Poland’s Personal Data Protection Office.
