From needs assessment to a development plan.

Discovery
Identify AI applications and tools, user groups, existing competence, risks and learning needs. Output: a baseline assessment and agreed programme scope.

Role-based groups
Separate the needs of foundation and professional users, management, IT, security, automation and compliance. Output: a role map with recommended levels.

Training
Select modules from the six tracks for each group. Output: a coherent learning plan and practical work relevant to organisational processes.

Assessment
Assess knowledge and practice, recording results and completion. Certification requires a positive assessment and decision. Output: documented progress and areas to develop.

Recommendations
Identify next levels and risk priorities. Output: a competency development plan, a summary of significant gaps and recommendations for responsible owners.
Material scope, data safeguards, format, dates and cost are agreed before work begins. A first enquiry needs only a description of roles and needs; do not send confidential documents.

Staff competencies and responsible AI use
The programme supports competencies needed for informed and responsible AI use. Current European Commission materials emphasise measures appropriate to roles, experience and use context, rather than a single mandatory certificate. Legal obligations must be assessed for the particular application.
This is ProSentinel Academy’s own competency certification system. It is not a state or regulated qualification, an academic degree or an ISO certificate.

Organisational AI Use Assessment
An organisational and technological review of applications, tools, data, access, suppliers, risk, human oversight and staff competencies. Outputs identify the current position, significant gaps and action priorities within an agreed scope. It applies ProSentinel’s existing modular audit approach; it is not an ISO certification audit, legal opinion or penetration test.
