Completion
Certificate of completion
A certificate of completion records attendance and completion of training. It does not confirm a passed competency assessment; it remains a historical record with no expiry date.
ProSentinel Academy Certification System
Every Academy level has its own competency assessment. Certification is awarded to a candidate who meets the requirements and passes the assessment for that level.
This is ProSentinel Academy’s proprietary system. It is not state certification, accreditation or a qualification entered in Poland’s Integrated Qualifications System (ZSK). It confers no statutory permissions.
Completion
A certificate of completion records attendance and completion of training. It does not confirm a passed competency assessment; it remains a historical record with no expiry date.
Certification
A level certificate records a successful assessment of defined competencies. Attendance, payment or professional experience alone cannot replace assessment. Prepared candidates may attempt it without repeating training after an entry review.
Candidates must pass the Level I, II and III assessments in four CORE programmes and hold a current Level III certification in each. Experience may support entry to assessment without taking the course; it does not automatically award earlier level certificates.
CORE connects open sources, human-source information, digital material and operational security. Information analysis and threat assessment are assessed across these programmes and in the final assessment.

ProSentinel Academy Integrated Certification
The Integrated Capstone Assessment requires independent work on a multi-domain case, an assessment and a defence of decisions. It assesses information integration, judgement under uncertainty and recognition of limitations. It is not a sum of earlier tests.
Assessment and the certification decision are separate. The decision is approved by a person who neither delivered the training nor assessed that attempt. Candidates must meet the criteria in every required area; strength in one domain cannot compensate for a gap in another.
Assessment dates and availability are confirmed before enrolment. Publishing the rules does not launch a register or award certification.
Cybercrime, organised crime and social engineering develop a specialism. Each level has its own certification, but these programmes are not mandatory for the final certification.
Practical readiness, including firearms training, remains an optional operational extension outside CORE. Sessions lead to a completion record without a separate competency certification. A ProSentinel completion document does not replace a permit, licence or statutory qualification.
A knowledge component, where used, requires at least 80% correct answers. The practical component requires demonstration of every mandatory competency at the level set for the assessment. Breaches of material integrity, independent working or safety prevent a pass. Detailed tasks and scoring sheets are not public.
Entry requirements and candidate identity are confirmed before assessment. Scope, format, pass rules, available adjustments, dates and fees are agreed before enrolment. Feedback states the result and areas requiring improvement.
A retake is available after a minimum of 14 days. A passed level-assessment component is retained for 6 months; the whole assessment must then be repeated. The capstone is retaken in full using a different case. There are at most three attempts in 12 months; after a third failure, a development plan and at least a 90-day break are required, while the annual attempt limit still applies.
An appeal may be submitted within 14 days. It is reviewed within 30 days by a person uninvolved in the original assessment or decision. Reasonable adjustments to the format do not lower the competency standard.
Completion records do not need renewal. Expired certification is not presented as current; payment alone does not renew status.
A certification document should identify a unique ID, scope, level, issue date and expiry date. Its verification URL and QR code are intended to confirm status without a public participant directory.
Automated online verification is not yet live. We agree how a document can be confirmed directly with its holder. This page does not validate any certificate.
