Entry requirements

Basic document skills and AI Foundations Level I competence or equivalent knowledge. Programming is not required.

Levels II and III require the preceding level’s competencies or verified equivalent experience. Preparation is agreed before enrolment. Higher levels introduce technical elements; tool requirements are confirmed in advance.

Three development levels

Level I / Foundation

AI in Everyday Work

Basic document skills and AI Foundations Level I competence or equivalent knowledge. Programming is not required.

After this level, you can

Produce a useful working draft with AI support.
Check that the output reflects the source material.
Identify corrections and approvals required before use.

Competency scope

Creating and analysing documents, correspondence, reports and working drafts.
Analysis, summaries, presentations and information search support.
Organising notes and meeting information, managing knowledge and using a digital assistant.
Basic data analysis and checking transformations.
Verifying outputs and sources, with clear personal accountability.
Protecting data and confidential information when using tools.

Competency assessment

A knowledge test and a short assignment using working material, including verification of the result.

NEXT RECOMMENDED COMPETENCY

Level II / Professional

AI-Assisted Workflows

Competence at the preceding level of this track or equivalent experience, confirmed before participation.

After this level, you can

Describe a complete process from input to approved output.
Create a template and evaluate it with varied inputs.
Measure benefits including verification and rework time.

Competency scope

Repeatable process design, reusable instruction libraries and working templates.
Large documents and multiple sources; information extraction and classification.
Data transformation, spreadsheets and reporting.
Combining text, images and audio while respecting rights to the material.
Allocating work between people and systems, quality checks and exception handling.
Measuring time and quality against the original process.

Competency assessment

A test, case study and practical project covering a complete AI-assisted workflow.

Level III / Advanced

AI-Enabled Process Transformation

Competence at the preceding level of this track or equivalent experience, confirmed before participation.

After this level, you can

Select a process with a defensible case for AI use.
Set responsibilities and measurable implementation conditions.
Design a pilot and development plan with risk controls.

Competency scope

Mapping organisational processes and selecting tasks for assistance or automation.
Cost-benefit analysis, quality and efficiency measures, and criteria for stopping an unsuitable implementation.
Human–AI collaboration, decision accountability and the information lifecycle.
Scaling AI use and integrating multiple tools.
Organisational procedures and reducing unapproved employee use of private AI tools, known as shadow AI.
Change management, team competencies and monitoring outcomes.

Competency assessment

A knowledge check, complex case and organisational process transformation project, followed by a defence of the decisions.

Credential after successful assessment

ProSentinel — Certified Generative AI Practitioner — Advanced

Certification rules

ProSentinel — Generative AI Specialist

Specialist certification requires successful assessments at all three levels of the track and a current Level III credential. Passing a higher level does not automatically award lower-level credentials.

The knowledge test requires at least 80%. Practical assessment requires all specified competencies; breaches of safety or independent-work rules prevent a pass. Attendance alone does not confer certification.

Certification is valid for 36 months. Renew a level through a current assessment of its competencies; renew a specialisation through a Level III assessment covering the whole track. Academy rules on retakes, appeals and an independent certification decision apply.

This is ProSentinel Academy’s own competency certification system. It is not a state or regulated qualification, an academic degree or an ISO certificate.
